তুলনায় কোনো ব্যক্তি, খাবার বা জিনিস সবচেয়ে বেশি সুস্থ বা ভালো শারীরিক অবস্থায় আছে বুঝাতে এটি ব্যবহার হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

এটি superlative রূপ, তাই ব্যক্তিবাচক, খাবার, জীবনযাপন বা পরিবেশের মধ্যে তুলনা করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'the healthiest option', 'the healthiest in the group' মতো বাক্যে ব্যবহার করা যায়। যা স্বাস্থ্য ধারণ করে না, তার সাথে ব্যবহার করবেন না।
