Definition

特定の日に仕事や学校がなく、自由な時間があること。

主にイギリス英語やカジュアルなアメリカ英語で使われます。「I have Friday off」＝「金曜日は休みです」の意味。'take off'（早く去る）とは違います。

I have off on Friday.
