Definition

हैंडस्प्रिंग एक जिम्नास्टिक चाल है जिसमें आप अपने हाथों का सहारा लेकर कूदते और पलटते हैं, और फिर पैरों पर उतरते हैं। इसे आगे या पीछे किया जा सकता है।
