ハンドスプリングは、両手を地面につき、体を前方や後方に回転させて最後に足で着地する体操技です。

主に体操やチアリーディング、アクロバットで使います。「フロントハンドスプリング」（前方）や「バックハンドスプリング」（後方）と呼ばれ、側転や前転とは異なります。
