Dây cờ là loại dây dùng trên thuyền hoặc tàu để kéo lên hoặc hạ xuống buồm, cờ, hoặc xà ngang.

Chủ yếu dùng trong lĩnh vực hàng hải; thường xuất hiện trong cụm như 'kéo cờ bằng dây cờ', 'kéo buồm bằng dây treo buồm'. Ít dùng ngoài môi trường tàu thuyền.
