実際には存在しないものを見たり聞いたり感じたりすること。病気や薬、睡眠不足が原因で起こることが多いです。

主に医療や正式な場面で使います。薬物や精神的な問題に関する文脈が多いです。単なる空想や夢には使いません。「幻覚を見始める」、「幻覚を見させる」などの表現が多いです。
