गर्नी एक व्हील वाली बिस्तर होती है, जो अस्पतालों में मरीजों को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान पर ले जाने के लिए इस्तेमाल होती है।

"Gurney" आम तौर पर अमेरिकी अंग्रेज़ी में इस्तेमाल होता है; ब्रिटिश अंग्रेज़ी में इसके लिए "stretcher" या "trolley" कहा जाता है। हिंदी में इसे "व्हील वाली स्ट्रेचर" कहना आम है।
