গেরিলারা হল ছোট ছোট দলের সদস্য, যারা সাধারণত বেশি শক্তিশালী ও নিয়মিত বাহিনীর বিরুদ্ধে হঠাৎ আক্রমণ ও অনিয়মিত কৌশল ব্যবহার করে।

এটি সাধারণত রাজনীতি, সামরিক বা ইতিহাস বিষয়ক আলোচনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। "গেরিলা" বলতে যোদ্ধাদের বোঝায়, কৌশল নয়; যুদ্ধের ধরন বোঝাতে "গেরিলা যুদ্ধ" বলা হয়।
