Definition
グルートはマーベル・コミックスや『ガーディアンズ・オブ・ギャラクシー』映画の架空のキャラクターで、木のようなエイリアンです。「I am Groot」としか話しません。「groot」は古い英語で「偉大な」や「大きい」を意味することもありますが、今は珍しい使われ方です。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
現在「グルート」と言えば、主にマーベルのキャラクターを指します。古い英語での意味（偉大な・大きい）はほとんど使いません。キャラクター名として使うときは最初を大文字（Groot）にしましょう。
