軟骨（なんこつ）

Definition

肉にある、普通は食べない硬くて噛みにくい部分で、軟骨からできています。

「gristle」は食べ物の肉に対してのみ使われ、「a gristle」とは言いません。「some gristle」と数えずに使います。食感が悪いときによく使います。

I don't like gristle in my steak.

ステーキに**軟骨**があるのは好きじゃない。
