「グレムリン」は、機械や技術に問題を起こすとされる架空の生き物です。冗談で、ちょっとした原因不明のトラブルやエラーにも使われます。

主にくだけた場面で使い、深刻なトラブルには使いません。『computer gremlins』のようにシステムの小さな不具合を冗談交じりに表現できます。映画『グレムリン』にも登場します。
