Definition

치즈나 채소 등을 강판에 갈아서 잘게 만든 상태를 말함.

주로 음식에만 사용하며, 칼로 자른 것이 아니라 강판으로 간 경우에 쓴다. '간 치즈', '간 당근' 등.
