방향을 틀지 않고 똑바로 앞으로 가는 것. 주로 길 안내할 때 사용하며, 가끔은 올바르게 살다, 나쁜 행동을 그만두다라는 의미로도 쓰임.

대부분 길 안내할 때 씁니다. 비유적으로는 드물게 '바르게 살다'라는 뜻도 있으며, 구어체적입니다. 'for two blocks'와 같이 거리를 나타내는 표현과 자주 씁니다.
