物事に勢いよく取り組んだり、誰かと激しく口論や争いをすること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に口語で使われ、普通の行動には使わず、強いエネルギーや争いの意味で用います。「Let's go at it!」は「やるぞ！」のように使います。
