“Glad”为非正式但礼貌的表达，常见于口语和短信。常用结构有“I'm glad (that)...”、“Glad to meet you”、“Glad you called”。比“happy”程度更轻。正式见面时宜用“I'm glad to meet you”。不要与“gladly”（乐意地）混淆。
