어떤 활동이나 일을 굳이 하지 않기로 결정하는 것, 보통 내키지 않을 때 사용한다.

영국식 비격식 표현으로, ‘행사를 넘긴다’와 같이 사용됨. 학교나 업무 같은 꼭 해야 하는 일에는 쓰지 않는다.
