Definition
Uma sensação de tontura ou de cabeça leve, como se pudesse perder o equilíbrio ou desmaiar. Também pode significar excitação ou felicidade que te deixa instável.

Normalmente refere-se à tontura física, mas pode significar excitação excessiva. Usado em linguagem médica, mas também em sentido figurado. Não confundir com 'vertigem' (sensação rotatória). Frequentemente usado com 'de', 'com', ou em 'sensação de tontura'.
