Definition

睡觉后从床上起来，或从坐着或躺着的位置站起来。

通常指早上从床上起身，'get up at 7' 是指离开床，而不是只醒来。也可以指从坐着或躺着的位置站起来。非正式且很常用。注意不要与 wake up （醒来）混淆。

I get up at 6 a.m. every day.
