"get past" in Portuguese (BR)
Definition
Passar fisicamente além de algo ou superar uma dificuldade ou mágoa emocional. Também pode significar não ser impedido por alguém ou algo.

Usado normalmente de forma informal. Muito comum tanto no sentido literal ('get past the door') quanto figurado ('get past a breakup'). Geralmente aparece com problemas, obstáculos, guardas, memórias ou emoções. Diferente de 'go past', que é mais físico.
