資料夾是用來收納和整理紙張的封套，也指電腦中存放和管理檔案的地方。

「資料夾」可指實體收納文件的夾子，也指電腦裡整理檔案的地方。常說「開啟資料夾」、「新增資料夾」。別與「檔案」混淆（檔案是內容）。
