已定稿的內容表示事情已經完成、商定或正式決定，不再進行更改。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

常在正式或商務場合使用，常指決策、合約、文件或計劃已定，不再更改。常見用法有 “finalized agreement”, “finalized schedule”。不要和“finished”混淆，後者只表示完成，未必已正式確認。
