Definition
Tornar algo completamente cheio ao adicionar o máximo que consegue suportar, como um tanque, garrafa ou formulário. Muito usado para depósitos de combustível ou comida.

'Fill up' é informal e muito ouvido no dia-a-dia, geralmente para depósitos de combustível ('fill up the car') ou ao comer até ficar cheio ('I'm filled up'). Para formulários, 'fill out' ou 'fill in' são preferidos. Pouco natural em situações formais.
