فعل الصراع جسديًا أو لفظيًا مع شخص أو شيء؛ كما يُستخدم لوصف الجهد المستمر ضد الصعوبات.

'Fighting' قد يشير إلى قتال جسدي أو شجار لفظي أو صراع داخلي. الاستخدام غير رسمي، ويكثر في الرياضة والتشجيع ('Fighting!'). من الشائع قوله: 'fighting spirit'، 'keep fighting'.
