Descreve um animal que vive na natureza, mas tem origem domesticada, ou algo que é selvagem e sem controle.

Geralmente usado para animais ex-domesticados como 'feral cats' (gatos selvagens), mas também pode ser usado informalmente para pessoas com comportamento muito agressivo ou desregrado. Não confundir com 'wild', que nunca foi domesticado.
