Llegar finalmente a un lugar, situación o resultado, normalmente sin haberlo planeado; se usa frecuentemente con otro verbo (ej. 'terminar haciendo').
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Informal; suele ir seguido de verbo en gerundio ('end up eating' → 'terminar comiendo'). Indica un resultado no planeado. No se usa para planes claros o futuros.
