Convertir una ley en oficial o darle fuerza legal. También puede significar representar o actuar algo.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Uso formal, común en contextos legales o gubernamentales: 'enact a law' (promulgar una ley), 'enact reforms' (aprobar reformas). También se puede usar en teatro ('enact a scene'). No se debe confundir con 'act', que es más amplio.
