こだわる詳しく考える

Definition

何かについて長く考えたり話したりすること。特に必要以上に、または悪い面にこだわる場合に使います。

「think about」より堅い表現。過去のイヤなことをいつまでも考えないほうがいい時によく使われる（例: "Don't dwell upon it"]). 「dwell on」とも言う。

Try not to dwell upon your mistakes.

自分の失敗についていつまでも**こだわら**ないでください。

He tends to dwell upon the past.

彼は過去のことに**こだわる**傾向があります。
