ডিওডেনাম হল ক্ষুদ্রান্ত্রের প্রথম অংশ, যেখানে পাকস্থলীর খাবার হজমের রসের সাথে মিশে যায়।

'ডিওডেনাম' প্রধানত চিকিৎসা-বিজ্ঞানে বা জীববিজ্ঞানে ব্যবহৃত হয়। সাধারণ কথোপকথনে খুব একটা ব্যবহৃত হয় না। 'ডিওডেনাল' (বিশেষণ) শব্দও চিকিৎসা ক্ষেত্রে শোনা যায়।
