Definition
学習が遅かったり、あまり頭がよくないとされる人を指す、特に学校で使われてきた古い侮辱語。

今ではほとんど使われず、文学や歴史的な文脈でのみ見られます。侮辱的なので、現代の会話では使わないようにしましょう。「dunce cap（トンガリ帽子）」も歴史的表現です。
