Definition

變得完全乾燥，或使某物完全乾透，不再有水分。也可以指戒酒、停止飲酒問題。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

多用於先前潮濕的物件，如衣服、地面、食物。“dry out”在口語中也指戒酒。不要和“dry off”（只乾表面）混淆。常見搭配：'let it dry out'，'soil dried out'。
