劇的は、変化や効果がとても大きい・目立つ・印象的であることを表します。また、人の感情表現が大げさな時にも使います。

「dramatic change」「dramatic increase」などと組み合わせて変化の大きさを強調します。人に使うと「大げさ」というネガティブな意味になることもあります。
