खासकर विज्ञान या रसायन में प्रयोग होता है। जब कोई चीज़ पूरी तरह तरल में घुल जाए और नजर न आए। सिर्फ मिलाने या डूबने के लिए इसका प्रयोग नहीं होता।

चाय में मिठास के लिए कुछ चीनी **घुला दो**।
