Definition

‘디렉터리’는 컴퓨터에서 파일을 정리하는 폴더 또는 이름과 주소 등이 담긴 책이나 리스트를 의미합니다.

컴퓨터에서는 '폴더'가 더 일반적이지만, 기술적으로는 ‘디렉터리’를 사용합니다. 책이나 리스트에서는 ‘명부’가 쓰입니다.
