Definition

재료를 조그만 네모난 모양(깍둑)으로 썬 것. 주로 요리에서 야채나 고기, 과일에 사용됨.

주로 요리에서 쓰이며, 'chopped'(불규칙하게 썬 것)과 달리 모양과 크기가 일정한 작은 큐브 모양으로 써는 것을 말함.
