Definition

অমানবিকীকরণ হল যখন কাউকে বা কোনো গোষ্ঠীকে মানুষের মর্যাদা, অনুভুতি, বা অধিকার উপেক্ষা করে অমানুষের মতো আচরণ করা হয়। এটি প্রায়ই অন্যায় বা খারাপ আচরণের দিকে নিয়ে যায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

প্রধানত একাডেমিক, সামাজিক এবং রাজনৈতিক আলোচনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেমন যুদ্ধ, বর্ণবাদ বা সামাজিক অবিচারের প্রসঙ্গে। 'humanization' বিপরীত অর্থে ব্যবহৃত। উদাহরণ: 'the dehumanization of immigrants', 'combat dehumanization'। দৈনন্দিন কথাবার্তায় খুব কম ব্যবহৃত।
