蠟筆是一種用彩色蠟製成的棒狀物，通常用於畫畫或著色，特別是兒童常用。

主要用於兒童繪畫，不要和'彩色鉛筆'搞混（鉛筆為木製）。如：'一盒蠟筆'、'用蠟筆畫畫'。專業繪畫較少用到蠟筆。
