'Courteous' كلمة رسمية وإيجابية، تستخدم كثيراً في خدمة العملاء أو عند وصف سلوك مهني. تُستخدم مع عبارات مثل 'courteous staff' أو 'courteous manner'. أقل عفوية من 'polite'.
