今持っているものや状況に満足し、それ以上を望まない気持ちです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

必ず「～に満足している」のように後ろに対象をつけて使います。単に“まあまあ”よりも前向きで丁寧な表現。名詞の「内容」とは別。
