因信任而將私人或秘密的事情告訴某人。常用於傾訴個人感受、問題或保密資訊。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

通常搭配 'to' 和人名：'confide to someone'。現代英文慣常用法為 'confide in someone'。'Confide to' 亦可與事物搭配，如 'confide a secret to'。語氣較正式，切勿混淆 'confident'。
