それぞれの部屋が別々の所有者に分かれている建物で、廊下やエントランスなどの共用部分はみんなで利用する集合住宅。

日常会話では「マンション」や短縮して「分譲マンション」と呼ばれることが多いです。賃貸の「アパート」と区別します。
