表示完成某事或做出決定，尤其是在思考或討論後。既可以表示事件結束，也可以表示經過考慮後的結論。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

多用於正式或學術場合。可指結束會議、協議，也可指經討論後的決定。常見搭配：“concluded that”、“concluded the meeting”。勿與“included”混淆。
