指有强烈、无法控制的冲动去做某事的人，常常反复出现，难以停止。通常用于描述购物、饮食或赌博等强迫行为。

多在心理学或日常语境中描述无法控制某些行为的人。常用搭配有“购物强迫性的人”、“暴食者”、“赌徒强迫症患者”。为复数名词，多指某类人群。不要与“强迫症”（Obsessive）混淆，后者侧重想法上的困扰。
