Definition

何かに不満や不快感、不満足を感じたときにその気持ちを言葉にして伝えること。日常的な文句や正式な苦情の際にも使う。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

“about”は「～について」、 “to”は「～に対して」となる。頻繁に使うとややネガティブな印象を持たれることがある。
