何かについて意見や感想を述べたり書いたりしたこと。多くは誰かの発言や行動に対する反応として使われる。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に過去形で使われます。「commented on ...」のように「〜についてコメントした」と表現されることが多く、SNSやブログなどでよく使います。「remarked」や「noted」よりカジュアルです。
