एक ही समय पर होना, या किसी चीज़ में बिल्कुल समान या बहुत मिलती-जुलती राय या प्रकृति होना।

'Coincide' औपचारिक है, आमतौर पर लेखन या शैक्षिक संदर्भों में आता है। अक्सर 'coincide with' के साथ उपयोग होता है। आकस्मिक मुलाकात के लिए इसका प्रयोग नहीं किया जाता (वहाँ 'मिलना' उपयुक्त है)।
