形容某人表現得非常自信，而且讓人覺得惱人或傲慢，經常覺得自己比別人厲害。

“Cocky” 是非正式用語，通常是否定的。形容人過度自信，讓人討厭。與 confident（正面）不同，更像 arrogant、conceited（較強烈的負面）。不是讚美。
