閉める近い

Definition

開いているものを閉じる、もしくは利用できなくすること。また、距離や人間関係が近いことも表す。

動詞として「ドアを閉める」などに使います。形容詞としては、距離や関係の近さ（close friend, close to the park）を表現します。「shut」と近い意味ですが、「close」の方が幅広く使われます。

Please close the door when you leave.

出るときはドアを**閉めて**ください。

The store will close at 9 PM today.
