ぶつかり合う調和しない

Definition

アイデアや色、性格などがうまく合わず、対立したり、不調和だったりする状態を表します。一緒にすると違和感があります。

色やパターン、意見、予定などが合わないときに使います。肉体的な衝突には使いません。'clashing colors'や'clashing personalities'のような表現でよく使います。

The two clashing colors look strange together.

この2つの**ぶつかり合う**色は一緒にすると変に見えます。
