何かや誰かの周りを円を描くように動くこと。会話で核心を避ける場合にも使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

動作や移動（鳥、人、車など）を話す時によく使う。会話の中で核心を避ける時は『話題を周りを回る』のように使う。カジュアルで主に話し言葉。
