Definition

心配や怒りをおさえて、落ち着いてリラックスすること。カジュアルな場面でよく使われます。

とてもカジュアルな表現。友達同士で「Just chill out!」「家で chill out しよう」などで使う。イライラした人に言うと冷たく感じることがある。

You should chill out and not worry so much.
